Book Description:
All Hannah needs is a nice and quiet vacation after her first year of teaching French at a high school. She joins her brother Ben for the summer in their mom’s log cabin in Arizona. There, she meets Josh again, Ben’s childhood friend from the Navajo reservation. The little boy from the rez has grown up fast, and Hannah can’t help but feeling more for him than just friendship.
But
fate apparently has something else in store for her. And it’s not
peace and quiet. Night after night, Hannah is plagued by strange
nightmares about the past of Navajo Nation and terrifying shadows
chasing her. They seem to come closer – and why is Josh always
present in her dreams?
Sometimes, the past has a way of catching up with you.

About the Author
I
am a writer of paranormal romance in Holland, and I am proud to say I
am currently the first and only writer of this genre in Dutch. All
the other books on our market are translations of bestsellers from
the US and the UK.
So, what's in it for anglophone readers? Well, an English version of my book Shadow of Time just came out in 2012, and I also write poetry (in English). Please visit my author's website at http://www.jenminkman.nl (there's an English section available) or e-mail me at jenminkman@hotmail.com !

When
I started reading this book I didn't even know what it was
about.
At first I was a little shocked by the age difference between
the
main characters but their interaction with each other was just so
adorable I couldn't help but fall in love with them falling in love.
It
was great having some words said in the character's native tongue.
The story was very interesting and it was great to see how
everything
seemed to tie together. Although, towards the end of the
book I felt
like I was getting a history lesson which made the
reading the book
not as fun as it was in the other chapters.
The
ending seems a little off to me. I just think if I found out what
they did I would uproot my whole no matter how many lifetimes
they
get after this. Besides my views on the ending the book was
fun to
read.
I
give it a 4 out of 5 stars.
