Book Description:
I
grab her exploring finger just as it reaches my happy trail—a trail
that if I let her wander down further will lead us to do things we
can’t take back. Things like three-word phrases being confessed
that would end me if I was rejected. Things like selfishly wanting to
own her body and doing things to her that would make my fantasies
blush. And things like making her promises too soon that won’t do
either of us any good. She makes me want a future that’s not
possible, and one I don’t deserve.
Listening
to my ego got me into this situation. Will listening to my heart get
me out?
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
S.L. Scott has a degree in Journalism
and is the author of the novels—Naturally, Charlie, and A
Prior Engagement as well as several novellas, including Sleeping
with Mr. Sexy and Morning Glory--all currently available
on Amazon. Pursuing her passion for telling stories, she spends her
days escaping into her characters, letting them lead her on their
adventures. She is a Contributor to Huffington Post and writes for
her own blog along with several other popular sites.
Travelling, music festivals, and
surfing are a few of the hobbies she loves, but she doesn't get to
enjoy on a regular basis. She has an obsession with movies, a varied
taste in books, and collects Fitz & Floyd teapots. With a memory
full of useless trivia facts, and a Keurig addiction, she loves a fun
night in with her family as much as a loud night out with her
friends.
Scott lives in the lively city of
Austin with her husband, two young sons, and two Papillons, enjoying
life in the beautiful hill country of Texas.

*I received an ARC from AToMR tour for the purpose to review. This review is my own and I'm not paid to have my answered sway one way or the other*
Where to start...Well let me start off by saying I really enjoyed Good Vibrations! When I started reading it the first thing that came to mind was the movie 51st Dates ( w/ Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore) Not that they are the same story but they are similar. This is beside the point..lets get back on track...back to Evan Hot Pineapple...
Hot Pineapple? What? You might be wondering what this story has to do will a pineapple but that part I'm not going to share, you will have to just read the book to find out but let me tell you it is definitely HAWT!
Okay, totally off track with my review right now...Gosh dang Evan!! Alright, So this story starts off with a girl "Mallory" who's best friend talked her into spending the summer in Hawaii.( Oh what a hard choice to make. Who doesn't want to go to Hawaii?) Right when she gets off the plane she see this arrogant but super sexy guy making out with a girl, she assumes is his girlfriend. she can't seem to look away. Even when their eyes lock and he is still kissing/say by to his girl. Mallory is grossed out and wants to make sure she stays away from the guy. Well she isn't that lucky (although its really debatable what is lucky..because its pretty lucky to land into the arms of a sexy guy :P) Anywho, They meet at the airport. He offers her a ride. She takes it. The rest is history...
Ha, Yeah right. There is a lot more to this story. There is a few break-ups between the two, but a lot of love making which it really steamy which totally makes up for the ' break-ups'. Evan ( Sexy Arrogant Airport Guy) is known around the island as some type of a 'player'. He always want to show girls around and have a fun time with no strings attached. That was until he met Mallory. She was always on his mind. He on her's. And together they are perfect. So cute. I don't want their story to stop.
In the end I really enjoyed Good Vibrations. Although I'm kind of bummed where it end.. Well truth be told I didn't want it to end that's probably why I'm bummed. There is a second book to this series that continues Mallory and Evan's story( hopefully..there was a teaser at the end of the ebook and well lets just say there may be another guy trying to steal Mallory away..I hope that doesn't happen I'm on Evan's Team :P ) I can't wait for book 2! I want to know what happens next!
Good Vibrations is sizzling, sexy, fun, and with the occasional fill of drama (which makes the story complete). I would recommend this to any adult reader who likes Hawaii, Hot Guys, and Steamy Hot Love Making (: . ( Sound Good doesn't it?) Okay there really is a little more to the story than that but you will have to read Good Vibrations by S.L Scott to find out more about this story...muahaha! :) No seriously though this is a good read! You don't just WANT to read Good Vibrations but you NEED to read it!
