Book Description:
Animate Me is a fun and sexy contemporary romance.

Love struck animator, Nathan, has set his sights on Brooke, the Director of Development at their animation studio.
He has worshipped her from afar for years and even created a comic book heroine named B-Girl in her likeness. When their paths cross he seizes the opportunity to make a good impression. As they grow closer a serious hindrance looms…her dwindling romance with Arnauld, head of the animation studio.
When Arnauld realizes that Nathan is threatening his relationship with Brooke, he goes after him and it sparks an outrageous uprising at the studio. Havoc ensues from antics only a building full of creative cartoon people can create. In the midst of the drama Brooke has to decide whether to follow her heart or risk her impressive career, while Nathan pulls out all the stops to “woo” his girl.
The conclusion has you cheering for our unlikely hero to capture his B-Girl’s heart…while he wins our hearts as well.

 About the Author
Ruth Clampett, daughter of legendary animation director, Bob Clampett, has spent a lifetime surrounded by art and animation. Graduating from Art Center College of Design with a BFA in photography, Ruth opened her own Design/Photography studio and also taught photography at UCLA. In 1993 she joined Warner Bros. almost fifty years after her father left the studio and worked her way up to VP of Design for the WB Studio Stores. Now operating her own studio as the fine art publisher for Warner Bros. she has had the opportunity to know and work with many of the greatest artists in the world of animation and comics.

After telling stories visually her entire life and a fan-girl at heart, Ruth was introduced to the on-line world of fan-fiction and started writing stories inspired by the colorful people and events in her life. Over two million hits, and thousands of reviews later, Ruth is publishing her first novel, Animate Me, a contemporary romance set in the animation world. She lives in Los Angeles and is heavily supervised by her teenage daughter, lovingly referred to as Snarky, who plans the summer around their yearly sojourn to Comic Con.

(* I was given a ARC by AToMR tours for a review. I'm not a paid reviewer & these thought are my own.*)

{I shall start by stealing part of my review from goodreads..since it was a good opening :) }
Oh Animate Me! Sweet, Hot and down right melt my heart. I really ENJOYED Animate Me!

Animate Me was an awesome read. I have a lot to relate to with this book...not that I am say I'm a hot executive who has guys lusting after her..for me that is not what I mean when I say I relate to this book. I actually have a HOT nerdy husband (My husband doesn't wear geeky clothes or thick glasses. he just is into a lot of nerdy things) who does/says similar things like the main character Nathan does/say. So through out the story I was getting a good laugh because Ruth hit it spot on with how more nerdy guys act. ( well HOT nerdy guys at least :P)

Nathan is this (hot) nerdy artist who works at an animation company. His Dream girl happens to work there too. She happens to be one of his bosses. That isn't the biggest problem he faces when it come to winning the heart of his B-girl. She so happens to be dating another guy and this guy happens to run the company..(oh no!)

When conversation start over a USB cord ( yeah great conversation starter:P ) a friendship is formed. As their friendship grows Nathan realize he needs to do more to win her heart. He starts to Woo her..He brings her coffee every day with cute little drawings( so cute right?). Their friendship grows into something more, Love (*sigh*) and then something happens to test their love.

This story is told in Nathan's POV. I usually am not a fan of reading guy POV first because I feel I relate more to the girls story but  that certainly was not the case with this one. I actually enjoyed reading in Nathan's POV and I love seeing the way he loved his B-girl 'Brooke'. He was sweet, charming, and funny. He did everything he could to Woo her. Okay so one my absolute favorite thing was the drawing inserts that that at the beginning of a few chapters. It was nice to having the visual aids. Remember the little drawing on Brooke's coffee cups?  The drawing that they have inserted into the story are some of the pictures Nathan drew on the cup ( smart I Idea huh?)

All in all I really enjoyed Animate Me. Plus there is some steamy scene that are an added bonus! I would recommend this book to ANY Adult who loves a good romance, drama, and steamy love scene, caught on camera.. Yeah don't ask you need to read it!! If you have the chance read Animate Me by Ruth Clampett you won't regret it!!

MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE LINE:
marry me Booke we can honeymoon at Comic Con...
( This was taken from one of Nathan's many self motivated talks..hehe but it makes me laugh pretty hard!!)
