{{InkSlinger PR}} Blog Tour + Giveaway [Review] ALL LINED UP by CORA CARMACK

Title: All Lined Up
Author:Cora Carmack
Released: May 13th 2014

Synopsis:

New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Cora Carmack follows up her trio of hits—Losing It, Faking It, and Finding It—with this thrilling first novel in an explosive series bursting with the Texas flavor, edge, and steamy romance of Friday Night Lights.

In Texas, two things are cherished above all else—football and gossip. My life has always been ruled by both.

Dallas Cole loathes football. That's what happens when you spend your whole childhood coming in second to a sport. College is her time to step out of the bleachers, and put the playing field (and the players) in her past.

But life doesn't always go as planned. As if going to the same college as her football star ex wasn’t bad enough, her father, a Texas high school coaching phenom, has decided to make the jump to college ball… as the new head coach at Rusk University. Dallas finds herself in the shadows of her father and football all over again.

Carson McClain is determined to go from second-string quarterback to the starting line-up. He needs the scholarship and the future that football provides. But when a beautiful redhead literally falls into his life, his focus is more than tested. It's obliterated.

Dallas doesn't know Carson is on the team. Carson doesn't know that Dallas is his new coach's daughter.

And neither of them know how to walk away from the attraction they feel.

(*I received a copy for this tour. I'm not a paid reviewer and all thoughts expressed are my own.*)

All Lined Up is a sizzling sweet read! I love every inch, from cover to cover, and page after page. It was so cute, charming, fun and is a fantastic start to a new series by Cora Carmack.

All Lined Up is told in a duel POV switching between the two main characters Dallas and Carson. ( My favorite POV)  Dallas is a red haired little firecracker who has passion and heart. All she wants to do is follow her dreams and become a dancer but her father, who happens to be the football coach at RU the university she attends, doesn't feel like she needs to go far to really be a dancer. Dallas feels he doesn't take her dreams serious.

"I've spent too much time pretending, too much time on the outside, too much time feeling spineless. This time... I'm going after what I want." - Dallas

Now on to Carson *Sigh*

“I swallow and stare and swallow again, because dear, sweet Jesus riding a unicorn, he's perfect.”

She first meets the dashing and very charming Carson at a party.

“God, do they make WD-40 for flirting? Because I am rusty.”
-All Lined Up

Dallas has no Idea that Carson is on the football team but Carson doesn't need the distraction of a girl. He need to stay focus but it seems hard for both of them to stay away from each other.

“I can deny myself all I want, but one thing I cannot deny is just how F***ng gorgeous this girl is. And exactly the kind of distraction I'm supposed to be staying away from.”

I loved both Dallas and Carson. They complimented each other nicely and had the story flowing brilliantly. I also enjoyed some side characters especially Dallas' best friend Stella. she is fun and lively.

"We're in college now. Bad ideas are the goal."

All in all I enjoyed every bit of this amazingly read and can't wait for the next books come out already. Cora Carmack has a way with word to make you feel like you are part of the story and get lost into the words and just forget your surroundings as you read. I would most definitely recommend ALL LINED UP as a Must Read! Be sure to add it to your TBR list today!!
